Since a few months, Fortnite has become a global phenomenon. This Battle Royale game revolutionized not only the gaming industry but also the esports one. The announcement of providing an overwhelming $100,000,000 prize pool for the 2018-2019 tournaments shows that developers treat esports world very seriously.
As every professional esports organization, we have looked at several opportunities to join the Fortnite scene. Finally, we have decided to get not one, but two divisions: Orange and Black. Without further ado, we present you our Fortnite rosters:
Team Kinguin Orange
Previously known as Fortnoit, they were competing in most of the available Fortnite tournaments, while also beating the record of wins in a row in public games by winning 67 games without a loss in the middle!
Dominik "Nero" Dąbrowski
His journey with Fortnite started when he met Taiovsky in a solo game. Shortly after they were joined by Hycel and Dialer to form a full squad. Now he trains hard to keep his team at the top level.
Jakub “Hycel” Krawczyk
He started playing Fortnite in November 2017 and from the very first moment, his dream was to be a pro player. Now under Team Kinguin banner, he will be able to make his dream come true.
Patryk “Taiovsky” Winny
Living in the UK, our In-Game Leader was playing FPS games since his childhood, achieving great results. Now he is trying his best in Fortnite, leading the squad into the battle!
Alexander “Dialer” Urbaniak
He started playing Fortnite in October just in his spare time while professionally competing in Paladins. He took the risk and switched to Fortnite, now it starts to pay off.
Team Kinguin Black
Until now they were playing under the Destroy name. During that time they had made a strong showing in several competitions, including Bush Paranoia, where they scored several top places.
Aleksander “V1ns” Dahlke
He decided to play professionally after watching Redfox tournament. Shortly after, he found people whose styles mashed with his in-game leading really well and that’s how the team was formed.
Sebastian “Sk1x” Sieczkowski
He has been playing games since 2007, while mainly focusing on FPS games in which he earned some titles. He fell in love with Fortnite at first sight and swore that he will be the best player in the game.
Jakub “Qln” Romanowski
He has been playing games since he was a kid, but the crucial moment in forming him as an esports player was Virtus.Pro’s victory in Katowice. He knew that he has to be a pro player and through dedication, he managed to do it!
Michał “Hoopek” Jurek
He was playing games since he was a child, but he started thinking about esports in 2015. After meeting Sk1x, he knew that they have to form a team. They met up with rest of the guys at CEE and started to compete.
Here you can read what captains of both teams had to say about joining Team Kinguin:
We are extremely happy to be joining Team Kinguin as one of the Fortnite rosters. Our team consists of players that are well known and very strong individually in the Polish community, but with such an organization supporting us I feel like our team structure will immensely improve and allow us to achieve even more in the upcoming competitive Fortnite Battle Royale scene. With many interesting announcements being currently made, I’m thrilled to be looking into a hopefully bright future at Team Kinguin.
Dominik “Nero” Dąbrowski, TK.Orange Captain
Joining an organization like Team Kinguin is really exciting, since we will be representing one of the best organizations both in Poland and worldwide. We hope to achieve some great results and lift trophies under the Team Kinguin banner.
Aleksander “V1ns” Dahlke, TK.Black Captain
