Usually orders are shipped after one or two working-days once the order is set as complete, you will receive the tracking code in order to check your order delivery status.

+ I have ordered the wrong size, can I change it?

In the case you would like to change your product size after the dispatch please contact our Customer Service team here (or by using the form on your right) to arrange your return or exchange. Please inform us of your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for return. We will then provide you with detailed informations about the return process.

Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

You need to send back the received goods with informing us about the request, but not later than 14 days. Please send the goods to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

At the moment we accept PayPal  and PayU as payment methods but we are looking to expand as soon as possible.
